Oh well, at last it's late this year, I went through all of December without as much as a sniffle. Time to kick back in the sofa with tissues and tea.

I did do a pretty good work-out yesterday, so today shall be resting day. Hopefully I'm feeling better tomorrow and can pick up where I left off.
Treadmill - 10 min warm-up, steep incline, high speed
Shoulder press Barbell
Side Lateral Raise
Seated Lateral raise
Tricep Extensions Barbell
And then finishing it off with some Plank and some Situps
Today I'll replace this with sofa, The Big Bang Theory and knitting. I'm finally finishing up the knitting project I had going over Christmas - a cap for my husband.
I had to redo the whole thing as I majorly miscalculated size... it might have fitted a 12 year old! So, undoing and redoing. Something you get used to while knitting. I usually end up tweaking most recipes anyways, me being the perfectionist that I am.
I'll show you the finished result, hopefully tomorrow!
After this, I can get back to my video editing and my cap project, now that Christmas and crazyness is over. :) It's going to be good, I promise.
Ok, I can hear the sofa and Cloud calling for me, so gotta go!
