Mine to små pusegull er nå blitt tre år gamle, og i den anledning tenkte jeg at det var på sin plass med noen bilder av nurkene fra når de var mindre.

THE WORLDS CUTEST RAGDOLL KITTENS - CLOUD & TIFA

Se hva jeg fant i bildearkivet mitt her om dagen - de aller første bildene jeg tok av mine to fluddy små!  Har du sett noe så nusselig i hele ditt liv?

Åh helledussen så søte de er!  Her har du først ett bilde av Tifa, og så av Cloud, bare noen få uker gamle. På dette tidspunktet bodde vi fremdeles i Canada.  Det føles som en evighet siden.  Tiden flyr!

Ooooh, they are soo cute!  First picture is of Tifa, and the next is Cloud.  They were only a few weeks old when these pictures were taken.  At this point in time we still lived in Canada... it feels like such a long time ago.  Time flies!//

CLOUD - THE FELINE MODEL

Check out the posing on this guy!  Attention, yes please!  He's just adorable. :)

He's hilarious though, as he loves the attention, yes... but... it's not that simple apparently.  He really despises the camera...  Why?  Who knows.  I've put it down to kitty logic.

When taking pictures, he starts by looking at you and is all in to it (a.k.a attention please) for about 30 seconds tops, then the tail starts swishing around, and before you know it he's running away.
Loving the attention, but for some reason he really doesn't like the camera.  
Maybe it said something to him. Complex messages we would just not comprehend.  Oh well, It's tough being a cat I'm sure.

Maybe it's not Cloud - The Feline Model, but more; Cloud - The Camera-shy Cat?

...Where did Spring run off to?

Here the other day we woke up to a white world again, with minus 10 C.  I guess spring didn't feel like hanging around just yet.  Who knows, maybe we can go dig up our skis again around here during Easter after all!  :)

Seeing these pictures that I took two days ago, I'm amazed at the amount of snow that has managed to pile up since then.  Wow... Yeah, spring definitely made a run for it and hid somewhere... 

Alright, me and my two helpers have loads of things to do! Time to get going :)

Tri-Sets & Kitty under Rug

And it's Friday!  We like Fridays ;)

Started the day off strong with a long back session in the gym this morning.  I just have to say, if you haven't tried out doing a Tri-set before, you should really give it a go.  It really packs a punch.


Today's Session
Treadmill
Bent-Over Row - Barbell
Tri-set:

• Lateral Pulldowns
• Seated Cable Rows
• Straight-Arm Pulldown

Cable Crossover - Upper Back
One Arm Row - Standing
Row - Standing

Love this saying about morning work-outs!

A Tri-set is when you line up three exercises in a row.  You don't have any break in between the three different exercises, you go from exercise to exercise without stopping.

In the example above I did:

• Max out on Pulldowns, so about 10 reps. 
• I got off the machine and went straight over to the seated cable rows and maxed it out at about 10 reps
• Then, still with no break, went directly and did10 Pulldowns.  

After this, it's time for a break.  Repeat to a total of 3 times.  Trust me, on the third set, your muscles are nice and tender, and your reps will be halved which is fine.  Really good exercise.  :)

Picture Moments - Beautiful Crisp Norwegian Mornings

Fresh and crisp morning air, blue skies, and bright sunlight!  Love it!  If all mornings were like this it would be so much easier to get out of bed in the early hours.

Here are some shots where I tried to capture the nice and crisp morning feeling.  It was really lovely. 

While posting, I of course have my VIC (very.important.cat) assisting me.  Cloud is keeping a close eye on what the mouse pointer is up to.  Every now and then he gets distracted by a little pom-pom on the desk...

Alright!  PT session incoming!  And I'm still sore from yesterdays chest work-out!  Hooo hooo, this is going to be interesting!
Speaking of work-out... I have now finally stopped weight loss mode, and entered muscle mode. I'm so ridiculously exited!  Wish me luck!

80kgs, Knitting & Helping Paws

Today I'm really gonna try to get well underway with the VM sweater.  It's going very slowly since the entire sweater is covered in patterns! 
Thankfully I have two amazing four legged assistants that are lending a paw or two, making the process very interesting at times...

It's going to be nice to just relax in the sofa now as I'm beyond sore after a great PT session! 

I went back up to my 80 kgs in Deadlift, with three reps of 80 before we took it down to 60.  Love it when the session is really tough, and I feel like I really accomplished something. 

When pushing so hard that your eyes water, then you know you've done a good job! ;)

Tomorrow will be skiing day, with new skis and all!
Hope I won't be falling all over the place since I haven't been skiing in.... like forever. Ha ha, fun!  :) 

There might be some pictures on the blog soon, with me head first into a pile of snow!

Up Close and Personal with Nikon and a Macro Lens!

I've been so lucky that I've been able to borrow a Nikon camera from some friends of mine - with a macro lens! (Thank you, thank you thank you... thank you)

Always wanted to try that, so I'm kinda snapping pictures of everything that comes within range. Fun! Me be miss Happy Camper!

So here are some of my very first shots with a Macro! :) 

Still trying to get the hang of it, so far from perfect, but who cares!  I'm so getting addicted to this. :)
