Today is The Big Waffle Day! At least here in Scandinavia :) So it's time munch some waffles!
And as you know...
Here is a waffle recipe rich in protein and low in white carbs from Kristine Weber. Enjoy!
Recipe:
3 eggs
1 egg white
20 gr almond flour
20 gr vanilla protein powder
10 gr xantham gum
1-2 tblsp icing sugar replacement
A dash of milk
1 tsp of cinnamon and kardemom
Remember to use butter for when frying the waffles so that they don't stick! I'll be enjoying these beauties for breakfast tomorrow. Mmmmm Yum!
