Ever tried dessert sushi? Well, now I have, and I have to say that it's rather strange - not necessarily in a bad way... just odd.
If you're up for some adventure on the sushi side and you happen to be in Bergen in Norway, pop by Mandalay and ask for their dessert sushi! They are very proud of it!
It's basically rolls of rice with different types of fruit which is topped off with a little dash of sweet fruity paste.
They of course have traditional sushi as well if you're not feeling up for experimenting! Overall a nice place to pop by for a bite - experimenting or no! ;)
