I haven't been able to go through the shots I took with my new Nikon just yet, but there were actually quite a few shots taken with my iPhone that turned out pretty OK that I'll share for now.  :)

The festival was really well put together, and apparently smaller then previous years - good thing for me that this was my first time going, so I was more then happy with the size and result this year.

A huge bonus this year on the other hand was their newly opened Viking Hall - it looked absolutely amazing.  Really well done, and thankfully fairly historically accurate.

When the epic battle was over, we decided to head homewards, but before we reached our car, we stumbled across the National Park in Borre.
Such a beautiful park, filled with large oak trees - one of the most beautiful things I know - old, large trees.

When we came home I was basically jumped by a slightly offended Tifa, that decided that from there on out, I had no business going anywhere, thank you very much!  She basically sat on me for the rest of the day ♥

Picture Moments - Beautiful Crisp Norwegian Mornings

Fresh and crisp morning air, blue skies, and bright sunlight!  Love it!  If all mornings were like this it would be so much easier to get out of bed in the early hours.

Here are some shots where I tried to capture the nice and crisp morning feeling.  It was really lovely. 

While posting, I of course have my VIC (very.important.cat) assisting me.  Cloud is keeping a close eye on what the mouse pointer is up to.  Every now and then he gets distracted by a little pom-pom on the desk...

Alright!  PT session incoming!  And I'm still sore from yesterdays chest work-out!  Hooo hooo, this is going to be interesting!
Speaking of work-out... I have now finally stopped weight loss mode, and entered muscle mode. I'm so ridiculously exited!  Wish me luck!

Mornings, Kittens & Hedgehogs

Top of the mornin' to ya! ;)

Here the day started early.  A good thing about that is that I got to take a few shots of the sunrise this morning!

Morning work-out today was a quick leg session.

Work-out:
Warmup Treadmill, 10 minutes, inlcine 12, speed 6
Leg extensions
Squats, Barbell
Lunges, Kettlebells


I stumbled across the cutest video yesterday, and what better start of the day then to see these two little guys stumbling around? 
A kitten that gets exhausted by investigating a little hedgehog.  On top of it this song just makes me start humming...  Any Toy Story fans out there?  Well, you'll know what I mean.
...and yes, there's a big fan sitting right here.  :)

Moments - Exploring Bryggen in Bergen

Bryggen in Bergen is such an amazing place.  There is just such a wonderful personality and feel to the place.

We went by there in Christmas, and how I wish I had time to explore more!  Not to mention take more pictures.  Isn't it beautiful? :)

It's odd... I'm almost starting to feel like a stranger in my own hometown.  The thought makes me a bit sad.  On the other hand it also makes it more fun to explore, and gives me the unique opportunity to rediscover my amazingly beautiful Bergen  ♥

Next time, my Canon is coming with, and I'll make sure to set aside more time! :)
